Decide how many times you want your wire to go around the candle, and measure the length of wire that you need. You probably want to overlap the wire a bit, so cut it a little longer than what you've measures. We had a 3" candle, and used approximately 2 yards of wire.
String the E-beads and contrasting beads onto the wire in whatever order you like. You can be random, or create a pattern. We wanted the wire to show, so we didn't cover all of the wire.
Spread out the beads along the wire. To get them to stay spread out a bit, every foot or so put a dab of glue on the wire and move a bead over the glue; you don't need much.
After the glue is dry, using the needlenose pliers, bend one end of the wire so that you have a 1/2 inch tail. Push the tail gently into the candle.
Wrap the wire around the candle, overlapping the wire, and randomly spreading out the beads.
Again using the needlenose pliers, bend the end of the wire so that you have a 1/2 inch tail and push the tail gently into the candle.
